The first step before registering is to read carefully the following practical information :

  • The registration deadline is March 29, 2024. The number of places is limited.
  • Registration fees include courses, coffee breaks and full board from Sunday evening to Friday lunchtime inclusive. Transport is not included.
  • For CNRS staff (permanent, post-doc or PhD students: check your pay slip): registration is FREE but MANDATORY. Please contact your delegation's 'Formation permanente' department, which will also cover your travel expenses.
  • For speakers, organizers and CNRS staff: when registering on AZUR Colloque, do not tick the 'single room supplement' box. Rooms are automatically allocated on a priority basis: single rooms for permanent staff and double rooms for students/post-docs.
  • Transportation, which is not included in the registration fees. However, free shuttle buses will run from Grenoble to Aussois on Sunday, and from Aussois to Grenoble on Friday after lunch.
Sunday, May 26, 2024, departure from Grenoble train station at 5:30 p.m.
Friday, May 31, 2024, arrival at Grenoble station at 2:15 p.m.
For those who can't or don't want to take this shuttle: due to the landslide in the Maurienne, the nearest station is St-Michel Valloire (35mn by cab from the center). There will be no pick-up from this station.
  • Participants are encouraged to present a poster of their work for scientific discussion during the 2 poster sessions (see Program).
  • If you have any questions, please contact the organizers: ecoletopomeeticc@neel.cnrs.fr
